Personal Data Processing Policy — Capacita

In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (habeas data), Capacita discloses how it processes your personal data.

1. Data controller

Capacita (Vilaros/ImagineOS). Contact: soporte@capacita.imaginos.ai.

2. Data we collect

Email address, login credentials, payment data processed by the Bold gateway (Capacita does not store full card numbers), course progress, and Platform usage.

3. Purpose

To provide the educational service, manage your subscription and access, process payments, send you transactional communications (receipts, renewal notices), and improve the Platform.

4. Your rights

As the data subject you may access, update, rectify, and request deletion of your data, and revoke your authorization, by writing to soporte@capacita.imaginos.ai. We will handle your request within the legal deadlines.

5. Storage and security

Your data is hosted on our own infrastructure (sovereign architecture), with reasonable technical and administrative security measures.

6. Third parties

We only share the data strictly necessary with the Bold payment gateway to process your charge. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for other purposes.

7. Retention

We retain your data while the contractual relationship exists and as required by applicable legal deadlines.
