Terms and Conditions — Capacita

These Terms govern the use of Capacita ("the Platform"), operated as part of the Vilaros/ImagineOS ecosystem. By registering, paying, or using the Platform you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Capacita offers online courses and educational content. The Capacita Premium membership costs $29,900 COP and grants 30-day access from the approved payment; access renews with each successful payment (no native auto-recurrence yet).

2. Payments

Payments are processed via Bold (card, PSE, or Nequi). Capacita does not store your full card data.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 — Consumer Statute)

If you purchased your membership remotely (online), you have the right to withdraw within five (5) business days of the approved payment date, with no need to justify your decision, and to a full refund of the amount paid.

To exercise it, write to soporte@capacita.imaginos.ai stating the email you registered with and the payment date. The refund will be issued via the same payment method, within the legal deadlines. If you have substantially consumed the premium content during those 5 days, we will review the case in good faith under the usual exception for already-enjoyed digital content.

4. Cancellation

You may simply not renew your membership at any time; there is no penalty and no automatic charge without your action.

5. Intellectual property

Course content is owned by Capacita/Vilaros and licensed for your personal use; redistribution or resale is not permitted.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform.

7. Governing law and contact
